Abstract
Governments worldwide increasingly use Big Data Analytics (BDA) to boost public sector performance and service delivery. However, this shift is significantly impeded by Big Data Integration (BDI) across agencies. Despite BDI's foundational role in successful BDA strategies and its critical nature, scholarly inquiry into its specific determinants is scarce. This research gap, confirmed by a preliminary study, motivated the current investigation. This thesis systematically investigates the determinants of successful BDI within Malaysian public sector organizations, developing a comprehensive framework of influencing factors.
