dc.description.abstractRecently photon localization effects that give rise to random lasing in ZnO have been widely studied. However the fabrication method required complicated and high cost system. Thus an alternative method is necessary to consider. This study aimed to fabricate ZnO nanorods using low cost yet robust via chemical bath deposition. In this work, ZnO nanostructures were grown onto ZnO seeded glass substrates with different ZnO seeding thickness.
