dc.description.abstractThis project aims to understand behaviour possesses when a fixed beam is imposed by static force at the middle point. The study involved fixed end beam made from mild steel, and have the dimension as follows: i) outer radius – 62.5mm ii) inner radius – 60.5mm iii) length - 1245mm iv) wall thickness – 2mm Study is carried out with method simulation calculation. Maximum displacement stress distribution, energy absorbed, and failure is studied through this project. Generally, the comparison decision passes through both of the methods are satisfactory and the project objective are achieved.
