Monodispersed microsphere has different method synthesis to get dispersed microsphere. For example, suspension polymerization, emulsion polymerization and dispersion polymerization. Monodispersed Poly(glycidyl methacrylate) (PGMA) microsphere was hard to obtain due to the agglomeration and not heterogenous. In thie research, dispersion polymerization with five difference methods conducts. PGMA was synthesized with GMA, PVP, BPO and ethanol in 75°C with flow of nitorgen. The morphology of PGMA particle was investigated using Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). It shows the microsphere agglomerate at others method except in method 4. Method 1, 2, and 3 show solid form after synthesis while for method 4 and 5 show powder form. In method 4, the certain microsphere was agglomerate. After sonicate and spin coating process, other microsphere was dispersed and homogeneous. SEM morphology shown the formation of particles with different size. Besides, FTIR analysis show the characterized of the peak hydrolysed PGMA particle. The average diameter of the PGMA particle also was investigate by the particle size analyzer. It shows method 4 has smaller average particle size than other method. Particle size analyser proved that method 4 is get more homogeneous and optimize than other method.en_US
