Quadratic and cubic polynomial curve are a basic area in mathematics. The curves are important in estimations of area and volume by using the application of integration. The goal of this project is to get the accuracy of the volume of chicken egg. To compare the accuracy of the volume of the ten chicken eggs, three methods are used to calculate the volume. First, an experiment is carried out on ten chicken eggs, measure the length denoted as L, maximum breadth denoted as B, the length between one of the sides and the maximum breadth of egg denoted as h and the volume of each egg. The data for L, B and h of the experiment are then use in the second and third method. Second method is using interpolation to find the volume of an egg. Interpolation is a tool to interpolate fixed points and generate a new equation, from the new equation, a best and smooth curve can be drawn. Interpolation is applied in this project to find an egg's function then draw the shape of the egg, and fmd the volume by using integration. The third method is using Narushin (2005) formula to fmd the volume of egg.en_US
