In this project, titanium dioxide (Tio2) nantotube were fabricated from direct anodization of Titanium (Ti) foil, through conventional two electrodes anodization configuration. Vertically erecting, highly ordered Tio2 nanotubes array wich covered the entire surface of Ti substrate were obtained as a result of anodizaton Ti in fluoride based electrolyte. It was noticed that the anodization parameters such as anodization duration as well as compposition and concentration of electrolyte influenced the physical structure of the Tio2 nantotubes.en_US
