dc.description.abstractIn this disertation, we will construct a code based on the idea of Bose and Rao[ 1] and M. C.Lin[7]. This code is a combination of constant weight code and the extended Hamming code. With the inclusion of Hamming code, which is a special class of singleerror correcting binary code, the final constructed code is capable of correcting t symmetric errors with {5, 4. Since constant weight code is being usecl it is also capable of detecting all unidirectional errors or usuaUy referred to as a 4EC - ADED code. This code has a size of70 and it information rate is 0.27.en_US
