This study is focused on foetal biometry assessment among Pulau Pinang women and its comparison with other sonographic studies. A total of 10,559 data comprised of 6 ultrasound parameters such as CRL, BPD, FL, AC, HC, and EFW was acquired, involving 1,470 pregnant women of single foetus. The measurement of the foetus was performed from feotal age 7 to 40 weeks. Mean values, standard deviation, number of data, growth rate, measurement values of 5 and 95 percentiles for each week were calculated and several formulas derived. The results shows that the curvature of graph of CRL, BPD, FL, AC, HC and EFW foetal measurement values which was obtained from derived formula is smoother than the CRL, BPD, FL, AC, HC and EFW foetal measurement mean values of this study. In most of the comparison made, the t-test shows that there is a significant different between the CRL, BPD, FL, AC, HC and EFW foetal measurement mean values of this study and the CRL, BPD, FL. AC, HC and EFW foetal measurement values from other sonographic studies of significant level 0.05.en_US
