This research would propose and evaluate a New Scheme for Efficient Mobile-Server Communication. This scheme would provide mobile devices with an effective system for repeated access to low volumes of data from centralized servers. It would involve modifying and combining various mobile Client Server technologies to ensure effective data transmission and access in a mobile environment. Firstly, a suitable client server model that would involve equitable sharing of load between client and server would be identified. Secondly, data chunking would be implemented on the server side to transmit smaller "bite" sized chunks of data to the device, rather than overloading it with one large consignment. Thirdly, instead of transmitting objects to the clients through the serialization method, strings of data would be implemented instead. This would be important in reducing the amount of data sent over mobile networks. Finally, experimenw would be done to identify a suitable data access meili.od (parallel or sequential) that would provide a low turnaround time and minimal memory consumption.en_US
