Oncidium is a popular orchid genus with high economic value in flower market worldwide. Orchids genera have recalcitrant seed which are difficult to propagate through conventional method. Therefore, in vitro technique offers a useful technology that can be used for propagating a high quality orchid in large quantities. In this study, the best media for Oncidium Golden Anniversary PLBs proliferation was in Yz MS semi-solid media supplemented with 20 g/L sucrose and 1 mg/L BAP.en_US
