dc.description.abstractIn this work, the preparation of undoped ZnO, Cu doped ZnO, Mg doped ZnO thin films by sol-gel spin coating method was reported. The surface and optical properties were investigated by Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), Raman, UV-Vis spectroscopy and FTIR while structural analysis was investigated by XRD. Undoped ZnO was deposited on aluminium and silicone substrates followed by annealing at 3 different temperatures (350°C, 450°C and 550°C). Cu doped ZnO and Mg doped ZnO thin film with various Mg concentration (0,03M:Mg..CL05M:Mg, 0.07M:Mg) were synthesized using sol gel method on aluminium and silicone substrates and undergone annealing treatment at 450°C and 550°C using nitrogen gas for 1 hour.en_US
