dc.description.abstractThe study generally aims to identify practices executed by secondary school teachers with the influence of coaching communication by middle leaders towards their performance. Specifically, the study also aims to identify the role of trust towards coach as the potential moderator variable between coaching communication and teaching self-efficacy while the role of teaching self-efficacy in this study is the mediator towards coaching communication and teachers’ performance.
