dc.description.abstract | This project is to analyze the Dielectric Resonator Antennas that operate at frequency 2.5GHz for wireless LAN application. The Dielectric Antenna project is collaboration between the School of Electric and Electronic with the School of Material and Mineral Resources. CaCu3Ti4O12 (CCTO) is a material that used to produce the dielectric antenna with the microstrip as a feeder. The purpose of this project is to analyze the relationship between the dielectric with the basic characteristic of antenna in terms of S11 parameter and radiation pattern. Design strategy is to get an equivalent size of antenna that has a low loss using material that has a high permittivity and stable temperature. The result of this project is the dielectric resonator antenna that can operate at the frequency of 5 GHz. | |
