This research examines the risks social workers experience in the UAE and their implications for practice. With an increasing need for social services in the UAE, social workers face several risks while delivering critical services to myriad populations. These risks may encompass health hazards, physical dangers, and psychological stressors, highlighting the significance of comprehensive risk management approaches for the UAE's social work landscape. The primary objectives include examining the relationship between risk factors, risk management strategies, and work-life balance among social workers in the UAE. Further, the mediating role of work-life balance is also proposed.
