dc.description.abstractThe primary goal of this research is to investigate Transformational Leadership (TL) among school principals in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah and its infulence on Workplace Spirituality (WS) and Teachers' Organizational Commitment (TOC) in intermediate schools. In addition, the study looked at Workplace Spirituality as a mediator in the link between Transformational Leadership and Teachers' Organizational Commitment. Furthermore, the study investigated the effect of Psychological Empowerment as a moderater between Transformational Leadership and Teachers' Organizational Commitment. Based on quantitative data gathering methodologies, the study used a cross-sectional survey methodology.
