Abstract
The project is to study about a spray drying plant characteristic. A spray drying plant is used in food processing to getting good quality of product. There for spray drying process also used for changing liquid, for example detergent to become powders. The principle of spray drying is the atomization of the liquid phase in to tiny drops and their dispersion in the hot gas stream, because the atomization of the liquid increase the surface for heat and mass transfer the increased surface cause of shorter drying period. In this project of Jnk 591 for final year project, this report will discuss or study about characteristic of the spray drying plant.
