dc.description.abstractThis study aims to explore the role of resilience as a mediating variable and social support as a moderating variable in the relationship between physical exercise and depression among Chinese college students. The objective is to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the potential benefits of physical exercise in reducing depression and to identify under which circumstances these benefits are most significant.
