dc.description.abstractThis study aims to investigate the molecular mechanism associated with C. nutans dichloromethane (DCM) fraction extract effects on cervical cancer HeLa cell using transcriptomic analysis approach. In the present study, the RNA-Sequencing (RNA-Seq) raw reads of treated- and untreated HeLa cell reads were subjected for quality check and trimming to optimise the reads for downstream analysis. Then, these reads were aligned with human genome, hg38.
