| dc.description.abstract | The methods of sharing inheritance is among the most important parts of Islamic Research Methodology Islamic Research Methodology but up to the time of this research (according to the researchers’ investigation), the important area has not yet received enough attention from classical researchers albeit with a mere paper presentation in a conference even to coordinate the two variables or excavate the said passive relation existing between the two. The term taqsēm at-tarikaṯ is one of the branches of Islamic jurisprudence that deals with how the deceased's estate is distributed among heirs, i.e., beneficiaries in accordance with the rules of the Noble Qur'an and the Sunnah. It has its own guidelines that must be considered before, during, and after the sharing of the estate. Current research explored them in detail under six chapters, three objectives, and five research questions. | |
