dc.description.abstract | Embedded RFID Tracking System for Industrial Application is the system by which computers (or other type of machines) identify the errors during the production process. It has an interest of research to produce solution to this problem. It is amazing because it has a wide area of applications by using the wireless system. If eventually the system can get 100 percent of recognizing errors, it will be helping people‟s busy daily life. However, there are many difficulties to overcome. Furthermore, the tracking system still has a long way to go. This project is to apply RFID wireless techniques to build a tracking system for errors detection. This system can reduce the man power in checking the machine error because the machine is set to interpret certain error correctly. Besides, the analysis details able to help to standardize the errors which read by the machines. Moreover, it also increases the action efficiency because the error signal is automated corrected by the control via SMS services. The main objectives are applying wireless techniques for the receiving errors and the notification system by using GSM module. The methodology of this project is begun with configuring for all the hardware correctly. User can communicate with the hardware module by using some specific language. The hardware need to be ensured to communicate well before implemented in a full process applications. After the development of this product, it will establish a concept of controlling via SMS and a tracking implementation by using Xbee network. The significant result and achievement for this project are the fully developed integrated PCB board. The GSM module and the Xbee module are interfaced to the microcontroller correctly. Besides, the information from the GSM module and Xbee module are perfectly collected. This project has explored the area of communication of machine to machine. There are more scopes of development in the future market of machine to machine communication system. In the mean time, the communication between human and machine can be widely use by using GSM module. As a result, the communication type of the system has developed a standard understanding among the machines and human being. | |
