Abstract
Concrete includes complicated materials that bring a lot of complications for the user. Concrete can provides a long term service with a maintenance minimisation. However, the usage of concrete could also create problems such as imperfect surface, split in the corner and stainless that is obviously seen and this can cause concrete spoilt and cracks. There are few factors to ensure everlasting concretes. The first factor is the water cement ration. If the water cement ration is higher, it could reduce the strength and density of the concrete. Opposite of, if the water cement ration is lower the workability and process of hydration will be not be perfect. The non destructive test without spoiling the concrete is to reduce the imperfection there are also some test to be done without affecting the concrete. The non destructive test which are rebound hammer test (ujian tukul menganjal) and ultrasonic pulse velocity test (ujian denyutan ultrasonik). Ultrasonic pulse velocity test is to control the quality of the same concrete, any compaction and also to notice the changes of the water cement ration. Rebound hammer test is determined the unification concrete and assessment strenghtness concrete for the structure. Destructive test is one compressive concrete cubes determine of original streghtness. Interaction between the result non destructive tests, the ultrasonic pulse velocity test result most accurate.
