Abstract
This study has developed a theoretical framework by integrating components of intellectual capital, i.e., human capital, structural capital, relational capital, absorptive capacity, organizational agility, organizational inertia, and open innovation performance based on resource-based view, dynamic capability theory, and organizational ecology theory.
