dc.description.abstractThis study aims to identify the mechanisms involved in prolonged insecticide challenge towards Cx. quinquefasciatus populations at the peptide level. First, the proteome of Cx. quinquefasciatus (susceptible lab strain) at different developmental stages was profiled. The spectrum peaks derived from the LC-MS/MS were searched against the SwissProt database for the larvae, pupae and adult developmental stages of Cx. quinquefasciatus.
