Abstract
This study examines the trends of Digital Financial Inclusion (DFI), Rural Finance (RF), and Agricultural Green Total Factor Productivity (AGTFP) in China from 2011 to 2022, and investigates their interrelationships. Based on the Peking University Digital Financial Inclusion Index of China (PKU_DFIIC), supplemented with indicators such as unemployment rate, internet penetration, industrial structure, government intervention, and industrial upgrading, a DFI index was constructed using the entropy method. Results indicate that, unlike the sharp growth reflected in PKU_DFIIC, DFI increased moderately between 2011–2014, fluctuated slightly from 2015–2017, and expanded rapidly from 2018–2022, particularly after 2020 with accelerated application promotion.
