Abstract
As the year passed the number of elderly increases. Due to the decrease of marriage and reproduction in developing and modern countries, the population of the millennial
generation is expected to decrease. Thus left the current generation which will be getting older with no one to take care of them. Leaving elderlies all by themselves is risky because they usually have a lot of disabilities. Without a proper care, accidents could happen and quick action could not be given. As the number of elderly increases, the number of elderly home care also increases. This is a good initiative to protect this generation from any risks. So this project is to help the elderly home care caregiver to increase their services. Using computer vision is to estimate a person pose when they fall, so that we an alert message can be send to the caregivers. Mostly when elderlies are alone by themselves, sudden fall can happen and quick action could not be taken. Caregiver could not be with the elderly all the time and elderly also a need a privacy time where they can be alone and do whatever they want. So this supervision can be very helpful in this kind of situation. As for the methodology, by using mediapipe, body pose estimation can be done and a sudden fall can be detected. The result of the system should have an angle calculator, fall counter and body pose estimation on the execution window. This system also can send alert notification message to telegram.
