Abstract
Every aspect of ordinary people's lives has changed due to Internet of Things (IoT) technology, which has made things easier. The Internet of Things (IoT) is a network of autonomous devices. With the development of more IoT-based smart farming technologies, agriculture is undergoing significant changes. The objective of this project is to propose a smart IoT-based agricultural system that provides timely data to farmers on soil moisture and other environmental variables for effective environmental monitoring. This system will enable farmers to practice smart farming and improve their overall yield and product quality. The designed agricultural system for this project incorporates Arduino technology, a breadboard, various sensors, and a device that can access live data online. The suggested product is tested in agricultural fields, providing highly accurate data for plants in various soil conditions. The IoT system used in this project is LoRa Network, requiring a concrete understanding of how to set up a LoRa network based on various use cases for successful network deployment. Additionally, tests are conducted in various environments to examine how they might affect performance.
