Abstract
The diminishing interest of Indonesian Gen Z in local culture and traditions poses a significant threat to national unity, as it fosters a lack of knowledge, kinship, and empathy among the youth. This study investigates the factors contributing to this cultural disengagement, evaluates the effectiveness of media in promoting cultural learning, and explores gamification as an innovative solution.
