Breast cancer is the most common cancer and continues to be a significant public health problem among women around the world. Primary prevention seems impossible since the cause of this disease still remains unknown. The most promising way is by early detection. In order to assist radiologist’s interpretation of specific abnormalities and to improve the diagnostic accuracy in making diagnostic decisions, the project is carrying out using Fuzzy system to implement the required system. At the end of this project, two systems using 2 methods of Fuzzy systems have been successfully implemented. For mammography, the accuracy for the Mandani FIS system is 75% and for Sugeno FIS system is 72.92%. As for breast ultrasound the accuracy is 87.5% for both FIS system. The systems maybe further refined for the performance to be improved.
