dc.description.abstractSignal integrity is the most important issue in designing a high-speed system. Since signals travel through all kind of interconnection inside a system, any electrical impact happens along the path from the beginning at the source end till reach at receiving end, will affects the signal timing and quality. In this project, the main focuses are based on three things, which are trace physical length, termination scheme and surface roughness of dielectric substrate
