Abstract
Digital orientation has emerged as a crucial strategy for manufacturing firms to enhance operations, foster innovation, and achieve a competitive advantage. By integrating digital orientation, firms can optimize supply chain processes and improve overall performance. However, challenges such as the bullwhip effect and delays in innovation and redesign issues persist, limiting the full potential of digital orientation. These challenges necessitate a comprehensive understanding of how digital orientation interacts with supply chain integration, exploratory innovation, and exploitative innovation to drive financial performance. Drawing on the Resource-Based View and Stakeholder Theory, the current study investigates the linkages between digital orientation, supply chain integration, exploratory innovation, exploitative innovation, and financial performance.
