This thesis is about creating a test program, for TLV320AIC10 using V93K ATE. It is compulsory for ICs to be tested so the performance will be the same as the specification. Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) has an important role in the industries today as a check point for the devices before sending out to customers/clients. ATE allows the process way faster than if it were done manually. TLV320AIC10 is an audio CODEC device is used as an interface to a DSP IC for audio signal I/O processing. This is a highly configurable device to cater for a wide. This IC has its own limit test, specifications and features according to its datasheet. The objectives of this project are to create a test program, for TLV320AIC10 device using V93K ATE and to implant a MIC input test using the AUX analog input mode. First, create the testplan for the tests. Then develop ATE testplan. Next is design DUT board schematic, layout dan fabrication. And develop Test Program with required test list and ATE testplan as a guide. Lastly, debug test solution to pass all tests. Based on the results, the values are in the limits.en_US
