dc.description.abstractEvacuation of exspress bus operation to the Terminal Bas Ekspres Sungai Nibong, it's a good solution for reduce a traffic congestion around the Komtar and produce a good bus terminal facilities exclusively for express bus. But the consumer or passenger of express bus will facing the impact of bus terminal evacuation. This research will see the impact of evacuation with a questionnaire as a main method. As a resuH, the evacuation of express bus operation to the Terminal Bas Ekspres Sungai Nibong, provide positive impact from facilities and environment side aHhough facing the access problem to the terminal.en_US
