Abstract
The increase of world environmental problems become serious and more concern nowadays. Not only that pollution would damage the environment and even, everyday human activities also indirectly contribute towards the direction of environmental problems. In line with the economic and business development, the environment should also be taken into account. This study was conducted to determine the relationship found in the increase and economic growth and environmental preservation. This study will investigate how and to what extent the existing management can help or cause more severe environmental conditions. This study will be shows that the current management can be improved or changed to the new management. Finally this study will help managers and leaders today to jointly consider the best way to ensure survival of the earth in perfect condition by applying all the new technology and innovation.
