dc.description.abstractPenyakit layu Fusarium pada tembakau adalah disebabkan oleh Fusarium oxysporum. Spesies ini dikenali sebagai patogen tumbuhan sebaran tanah. Oleh itu, kajian ini dijalankan untuk melihat insiden penyakit layu Fusarium pada tembakau berdasarkan tekstur dan ciri-ciri tanah dan kesan rawatan banjir bagi populasi F. oxysporum. The Fusarium wilt of tobacco is caused by Fusarium oxysporum. This species is known as soilborne plant pathogen. Therefore, this study was conducted to survey the disease incidence of Fusarium wilt of tobacco based on physical and biological soil characteristics and the effect of flooding treatment on the population of F. oxysporum in soils.en_US
