The integration of wind farms will have a significant impact on the reliability performance of the power systems. The objective of this paper is to performing adequacy evaluation by using Sequential Monte Carlo simulation. This method incorporating the chronological data of wind, load profile and transition states of generation and transmission line in the simulation. The reliability of the system is indicated by using energy expected not serve (EENS) as reliability index. In the methodology, three generators are replaced gradually by the wind farm. The SMC is simulated for a number of iteration until the fluctuating of the EENS converges to a stable value. Results have shown that the adequacy of the system becomes more unstable as the number of wind farm increase.en_US
