dc.description.abstract | Pelbagai jenis bahan berlignoselulosa telah disaring untuk memperolehi gula penurun yang maksimum melalui sistem fermentasi substrat pepejal dengan menggunakan pelbagai jenis pencilan kulat. Penghasilan enzim penguraian bahan berlignoselulosa oleh setiap kulat pencilan adalah berbeza pada bahan lignoselulosa yang berlainan. Dalam kajian ini, pelepah kelapa sawit dan Aspergillus niger USMAI1 telah dipilih sebagai substrat dan kulat yang berpotensi untuk penghasilan gula penurun selepas penyaringan. Various types of lignocellulosic material were screened to obtain a maximum reducing sugar through solid substrate fermentation system by using different types of fungal strains. Production of lignocelluloses degrading enzymes on lignocellulosic material from each strain of fungus was varied with the types of lignocellulosic material used. In this research, oil palm frond and Aspergillus niger USM AI1 were chosen as potential substrate and fungus for the production of reducing sugar after the screening process. | en_US |
