dc.description.abstractZoo management is important to ensured that the zoo have effectively doing their roles and functions. It is not only for captive animals welfare but it's important to the visitors comfortable. Zoo Management in Malaysia is still in the beginning stage. It is because that there is some weakness in organization management and physical development. Zoo management is not only for captive animal for their comport but it is more to planning, order,arrangement and guiding the effort of the organization member in using the organization's recourses to archive the objectives and role of the zoo. This study is to observed that how far the zoo management influent the visitor's perspectives for Zoo Taiping. The perspectives are showed the satisfied of the visitors when they visit to Zoo Taiping. To achieve the objectives of this study, several method are be using such as questionnaires and interviews for collecting primer data and secondary data. The result of this study is the visitors are still not satisfied with the condition of the accommodation and other support accommodation that is providing by Zoo Taiping. This indicates shows that there is a weakness of physical management that has to improved the Zoo Taiping's management. This is including the management of organization's workforce and profits. These indicators are shown by organization analysis.en_US
