dc.description.abstract | Kajian sistem alatan pengisar menggunakan kaedah goncangan ekabebola keluli di dalam jar yang bertujuan mengurangkan saiz elemen habuk sesuatu bahan, dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap. Tahap pertama, uji jatuhan ekabebola bagi menentukan saiz dan berat bebola keluli, yang paling berkesan terhadap daya hentaman pada setiap perubahan ketinggian. Oleh itu, tiga jenis saiz dan berat diperoleh semasa uji pada model dan ujian kesahihan daripada aplikasi daya hentaman goncangan ekabebola keluli dalam jar tanpa had ketinggian, pada pelbagai keadaan halaju putaran aci engkol (psm). The study of milling equipment system, using the agitation method of one and only steel ball in vial to reduce the size of dust element of a substance was conducted in some stages. The first stage was the test of one and free falling test using ball mill to fine out the size and weight of steel ball which most effective for impact force on each different height. Three selected types of size and weight were found as the free falling test, used at the model and the validity test of application of agitation impact force of one and only steel ball in vial without height bounder on various speed of crank shaft rotation (rpm). | en_US |
