dc.description.abstractThe realization of the bona fide ‘aqidah is a main focus which dominates the life of the Muslims. In the intervening time, the emergence of the global Metal Phenomena has created a center of attention from the Malaysian Muslims. Thus, the need to evaluate these phenomena is inevitable in order to protect the short and long interest of the Muslim ummah as a whole. This thesis is based on the study of Islamic ‘aqidah vis-àvis some of the manifestations of deviation in the Metal Phenomena. This study, which emphasizes on the significance of the authentic ‘aqidah, is based on the Ahl al-Sunnah wa al-Jama‘ah. In addition, the deviations of ‘aqidah and its forms are also explicated. The study also gives special focal point on the Metal Phenomena background, its physical dimensions and its negative impact of thoughts on the Muslims. Consequently, some of the manifestations of deviation in the Metal Phenomena in Malaysia will be scaled in accordance with the genuine Islamic ‘aqidah. Having clarified all these points, the study presents the findings as well as the Islamic way of solutions to overcome the problem of the deviation of ‘aqidah in the Metal Phenomena.en_US
