dc.description.abstract | Pengurusan bakat adalah lebih daripada inisiatif untuk membangunkan pemimpin-pemimpin masa depan. Ia adalah cadangan untuk pengambilan dan pembangunan pekerja tempatan di sebuah organisasi untuk nilai yang akan datang. Ia juga termasuk perancangan strategik, budaya dan pengurusan perubahan. Walaupun banyak telah ditulus mengenai apa, mengapa, bagaimana, bila dan langkah-langkah untuk pengurusan bakat, nilai yang ia menyediakan kepada organisasi adalah jauh lebih kompleks daripada itu. Kajian ini membincangkan nilai Pengurusan Bakat hari ini, dalam membina kekuatan melalui pembangunan pekerja terhadap daya saing. Talent Management is more than initiatives on developing the leaders for tomorrow. It is the combined proposal for recruitment, retainment and developing local members in an organization for its upcoming value. It also includes strategic planning, culture and change management. Although many scholars have written on what, why, how, when and steps to talent management, the value that it provides to an organisation is far more complex than that and is very much under researched critically. This research discusses the value of Talent Management today, in building strengths through people development for competitive advantage. | en_US |
