dc.description.abstract | Kanser kolon merupakan salah satu jenis kanser yang paling banyak didapati di seluruh dunia. Walaupun kebanyakan pesakit menunjukkan respon yang baik terhadap rawatan kimoterapi pada peringkat awal, akan tetapi terdapat banyak kes kanser berulang selepas rawatan yang disebabkan oleh kewujudan rintangan terhadap rawatan, maka wujudnya keperluan untuk membangunkan agen terapeutik baru untuk kanser kolorektal. Colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the most common types of cancer worldwide. Although most patients are responsive to standard chemotherapy treatments at the initial stage of diagnosis, many succumb to relapse due to acquired chemoresistance, hence driving the need for the development of novel therapeutic agents for colorectal cancer. | en_US |
