| dc.description.abstract | Paenibacillus durus ATCC 35681 ialah diazotrof Gram-positif yang boleh mengikat nitrogen walaupun dalam kehadiran nitrogen tetap seperti nitrat dan ammonium. Ini dianggap unik kerana aktiviti nitrogen dalam kebanyakan diazotrof direncat oleh sebatian ini. Paenibacillus durus ATCC 35681 is a Gram-positive diazotroph which can fix nitrogen even in the presence of fixed nitrogen such as nitrate or ammonium. This is considered unique because nitrogen fixation activity in most diazotrophs are inhibited by these compounds. | en_US |
