Abstract
This study involved the design, development and calculation of the Structured Content Management System (SCMS) based on multi agent technology for e-learning. This work first investigated the current state of research in e-learning software and addressed the current issues of explicit and tacit knowledge processing in this software by taking into account the elements of pedagogical design such as conveying precise search results, offering key point s concisely, and chunking the content into digestible segments for easy onscreen reading.
