dc.description.abstractOrganizational performance had been a recent global focus. Due to globalization, organizations are required to perform at their best with the given resources, time and money. Organization performance is important as it predicts the sustainability of the company and also used as a measure by the investors and stakeholders to evaluate the company. The main purpose of this study is to examine the key factors that lead to organizational performance. The key factors are employee communication, employee rewards and recognition, employee training and development, extended employee care and employee engagement. The data for this study was gathered through structured questionnaires method, which was later analyzed by the SPSS software to produce the outcomes. The questionnaires distributed to respondents working in manufacturing industries. The number of respondent for this study is 123. The findings of this research shown at three out of five key factors identified are significant. The outcomes shows that employee rewards and recognition, extended employee care and employee engagement are the key factors leading to organizational performance. The finding of this research will benefit both the academician and practitioners. The outcome of this study will be used to create better strategies for manufacturing companies to optimize their organizational performance. Finally, some limitations of this research, suggestions for future study and recommendations based on the findings are discussed.en_US
