This study seeks to examine the association between perceived justice in three dimensions namely distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice and employee behaviors which included job performance, turnover intention and absenteeism. The study also aims to establish relationships between emotional intelligence with the three employee behaviors. Lastl'y, the research included emotional intelligence as a moderator for the relationships between perceived justices with those employee behaviors. The researcher hypothesized perceived justice would positively affect job performance but negatively affect turnover intention and absenteeism. Same patterns would occur on the relationship between emotional intelligence and those employee behaviors. Besides, researcher also hypothesized emotional intelligence would moderate relationship between perceived justice and employees behaviors as stated. Data was collected from 141 non-managerial employees in manufacturing company from Johor by using self administered questionnaire. Questionnaire was developed by adapting the measures from established research paper or researchers. The survey was done by postal method. Results indicated that all three dimensions of justice and emotional intelligence have significant effect on turnover intention.ยท However, for job performance, only interactional justice and emotional intelligence showed positIve directive effect. Emotional intelligence moderated the relationship between procedural justice and turnover intention; and distributive justice and job performance. Emotional intelligence failed to moderate other dimensional justice on job performance or turnover intention.
