dc.description.abstractVisual art is a form of artistic works that can be visualised by others in various form such acting in theater or film, drawing, curving, photoghraf and others. Under the situation of mind struggle which the whole world lives nowadays, the visual arts represent the most dangerous weapon ever known. The relationship between Islam and the art goes even further than the situation of the doctrinal clash about what is legal ( Halal ) and what is illegal ( Haram ) in art cases which goes into the area of the most necessary as the capacity of art to explain God’s calling upon spirits. The objective of this research, firstly is to analyzing visual arts cases in order to be Islamic which plays a vital role in meeting the needs of the Islamic community; spiritually, psychologically and mentally, so the arts have become one of the educational means and not a means of wasting time and entertainment. Secondly is to analyzing the opinions of doctrines ( Comparing Study) to show the rules and jurisprudence in the visual arts’ case as one of the most necessary means to meet the people’s needs as an invitation and media with going deep in the legal goals concerning the visual arts.en_US
