The evolution of Internet had become the catalyst for I-Wellness to enrich the wellness industry. I-Wellness is a new venture that formed by a partnership of Chang Guo Wei and Lim Thean Pheng. It acts as a mediator between wellness centre and users. IWellness links the service providers (wellness centre and tour agencies) and end-users. Through this I-Wellness portal, it increases the accessibility between end-users and service providers and this lead to flourish of wellness industry. In order to understand the users' perception towards I-Wellness portal, a study on the impact of website usability factors on users' intention to use online wellness portal was carried out. The results of the study showed that factors in website usability have a strong impact on users' intention to use the portal. Those factors are namely content, download delay, customization and ease of navigation. Meanwhile, the research had discovered two out of four factors in website usability are relatively more intense in impacting users' intention to use. They are the customization and content aspect on 1-Wellness portal. However, download delay and ease of navigation have less impact on users' intention to use I-Wellness portal. The finding of this research is important in developing a credible and easy to use I-Wellness portal.en_US
