| dc.description.abstract | The spatial exclusion of Malay as an impact of development pressure has became one of issues in Cabinet. Because of this, the researcher took this topic by using Kampung Batu Uban, Pulau Pinang as a case study. The objective of this research is to explore the perception of the villagers on development pressure that affected Batu Uban. All the attributes of physical impact and neighbourhood aspect will be evaluated in accessing community participation in planning. The findings of this research can be used as a medium of planning tools in future development that involving malay villagers in this area. | en_US |
