dc.description.abstractIn this study, human cervical cancer cell line (HeLa) was treated with CN at different concentration ranging from 15.63 to 250 μg/ml (for hexane and dichloromethane fractions) and 250 to 4000 μg/ml (for water and 80% methanol crude extracts; and aqueous fraction) for 24, 48 and 72 hours, respectively to screen the best representative extract with the least half maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50) reading.en_US
