dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this research was to examine the relationship between Psychosocial Safety Climates and work engagement. The study also examined the mediator role played by team challenge demand and hindrance demand. It may create the awareness to the senior management in MNCs on how they can apply Psychosocial Safety Climates theory as a pre-determinate factor of monitoring employee engagement in the workplace while organization continue to get support and contributions from employee. This study findings will use Challenge demands and hindrance demands which are the dependent variables of Psychosocial Safety Climates to test the relationship between of Psychosocial Safety Climates for workforce engagement in MNC’s Malaysia. A data analysis is to be use to analyze the significance and relationship between PSC and the selected variables. The results of this study are noteworthy as it will enlightens the policy makers in manufacturing with the understanding of how Psychosocial Safety Climates can help make changes in order to get better support from employee if the psychosocial factors in work place were taking care of.en_US
